Return and Refund Policy
At Crest Self Storage Ltd, our services involve the rental of self-storage units. This policy outlines how we handle cancellations and refunds.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for early termination or unused storage days once your rental period has started.
- To end your agreement, you must provide at least 7 days’ written notice.
- No refunds or partial refunds will be issued unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Setup or admin fees
- Late payment fees
- Cleaning or repair costs
- Unused storage time if the required notice period is not met
Abandoned Goods
Goods left in your unit after your agreement ends may be treated as abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of or sell such items in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Insurance Claims (StoreProtect)
If you have chosen our optional StoreProtect insurance:
- Claims must be reported within 7 days of discovering damage or loss.
- A £250 excess applies per claim.
- Payouts are limited to what our insurer agrees to pay.
